but it does not appear in the game, please check the following.
① The item is sent to the storage chest of the character logged in after payment and confirm the character is the intended recipient first.
② If the [Purchase History] shows "Payment Complete," but the item is still not in the [Gem Shop → Storage Chest],
please re-log into the game or click [Restore Purchase] to reload the [Gem Shop → Storage Chest] data.
③ If the item is still not visible after trying the above methods, please contact customer service through [1:1 Inquiry].
