["ArcheAge War" Webshop] is a dedicated store where various packs and items can be purchased.

■ How to Use the Webshop

1. Go to the [Webshop] menu at the top of the official "ArcheAge War" website and log in with your account.

  * You cannot use the shop if you have not created a game character.

2. Select the Desired Product

  Click [Buy Now] on the product's main page, or click [Buy Now] on the product's detail page.

3. Select Quantity and Claim Information

 ① Select the quantity of the product you wish to purchase (quantity can also be adjusted in the payment pop-up).

 ② You must check the necessary agreement items during payment to complete the purchase.

4. After payment is complete, the item will be sent to the in-game "Gem Shop → Storage Chest".

5. Purchase Completion

 ① Payment completion is considered purchase completion.

 ② Purchased items can be checked in the webshop's [Purchase History].

 ③ Clicking on each order number in [Purchase History] allows you to view the detailed content of that order.

6. Claiming the Item

① Log in to the game using the same account used for the purchase.

② The item can be claimed at [Log in to Game → Gem Shop → Storage Chest].

※ Notice

1. If the item does not appear in the storage chest, please close the gem shop and re-enter to check.

2. Product prices cannot be viewed, and purchases cannot be made, while logged out.

3. You must complete the installation of "ArcheAge War" and character creation before using the webshop.

4. Detailed information such as product contents, sales period, and purchase limits can be viewed on the purchase page.

5. Please log in with the character intended to receive the item before making the purchase.
