If you haven't used a paid product, it can be returned for a refund within 7 days.

But returns and refunds may be restricted in the following cases.

1. For items and effects that are immediately activated applied upon purchase

2. If supplements are used 

     Example: Subscription products that come with daily benefits, Mileage Points, Event rewards provided as a purchase bonus

3. If the product is removed from the Storage Box
