1. Stay online with the PC version of the game.
2. Tap Gem Shop → Storage Box → Restore Purchase to reissue your purchase.
■ How to Restore a Purchase ②
1. Tap the KakaoTalk message you received upon purchase to launch the game.
(* You must use the same mobile device that you made the payment on.)
2. Tap Gem Shop → Storage Box → Restore Purchase to reissue your purchase.
If you've followed the above steps and still haven't received your purchase,
please check the payment inquiry method below and contact us through the Customer Center.

■ How to Submit a Payment Inquiry
1. Select the top right Menu on the game screen.
2. Select Settings > Info > Customer Center.
3. Select the Cancel Payment/Payment Error category.
4. Select your app store and tap Customer Center.
