First of all, we're sorry for this inconvenience we have caused you.

If products that you purchased don't arrive immediately, please contact our Customer Center with the following information. We'll respond to you as quickly as we can.

● Google Play Store Request Form
1) Account Information: (Google Play store account, gmail-id@gmail.com) 
2) Game Member Number: (Can be checked in Settings) 
3) Payment Amount: (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
4) Request: (Example: Item refund, Order cancellation) 

* You can check your Google account at the Menu > Account on the Google Play website.
* Orders can only be canceled within 7 days of their purchase date. Used items cannot be returned.
