Unused products can be returned within 7 days of their purchase date.

Unauthorized purchases by underage users can be canceled.

※ Cannot be canceled if the registered owner of the mobile device and the payment method used is an adult.

The following Cash services may not be subject to cancellation or refund.

1. Items and services that are immediately used upon purchase

2. If bonus benefits are used

3. If mailed products are accepted

4. Probable items that are considered used immediately upon opening and whose effect is determined immediately upon opening
