● How to Use 1:1 Inquiry: Settings in game (cogwheel) → Customer Center → 1:1 Inquiry

● How to Check Order Details
1. PC iTunes access → login → top icon → account information transfer
2. Purchase History at the App Store 'Show All'
3. Purchase items → Set payment date
4. Go to the left arrow of your order history
5. Attach inquiry with screenshot that date, order number, purchase item is confirmed
