Greeting Guardians,
This is Director Robin, greeting you for the fifth time.
I’d like to talk to you about some upcoming changes and the direction we are heading.
📝 Improvements to Guild Raid Boss PatternsFirst, let’s discuss the improvements being made to Guild Raid patterns based on your feedback. ① Lava Slime: Heroes will fight while standing on the fire zones instead of avoiding them. ② Bull Worm: The condition that caused a pattern to trigger continuously when the boss's HP dropped below 50% has been adjusted. Additionally, the berserk pattern will no longer appear, making the Bull Worm consistent with other bosses. These changes will be applied in the future Guild Raid. ③ Invader Commander: We have reviewed feedback stating that the charge pattern of the Invader Commander is difficult to counter and are considering possible improvements. Additionally, an issue where scores would increase or decrease by irregular amounts (e.g., +42, -56) even when no attacks were made upon entering the raid has been fixed. We will continue to carefully listen to your valuable feedback regarding Guild Raids and work to implement necessary fixes as quickly as possible. 📝 UI/UX ImprovementsTo enhance the gameplay experience, we are continuously improving the UI/UX. ① Red Dot System: Notifications will appear when certain items remain unpurchased, such as the Legendary Awakening Stone (purchasable with gold) or the Epic Exclusive Equipment Box (purchasable with 300 Magic Metal). Live event rift participation attempts (such as for collaborations) will also be indicated via red dot notifications. ② Purple Coin Radar: Many players have struggled to locate the last one or two remaining Purple Coins while playing adventure stages. With the radar update, this will no longer be an issue. However, Purple Coins will only be detected in areas where the map has already been revealed. Coins located in unexplored, darkened regions will not be visible. Additionally, we received a great suggestion to display the remaining Guild Raid attempts (e.g., 3/3) in the floating castle lobby. We will review the feasibility of this and provide updates accordingly. 📝 Side StoriesAlongside World 21, we are preparing a new Side Story and a Memorial Short Story. The Memorial Short Story will focus on filling in the untold stories of certain heroes. We have assigned a dedicated team to this project, and we will share updates as soon as they are ready. Additionally, to ensure a smoother story progression, we will be adjusting the difficulty of certain high-challenge battle areas and passage stages. Furthermore, we are reviewing the possibility of adding an auto-battle option for regular combat sections in the main world, as suggested by our players. 📝 New Guild-related PvE ContentWe are developing a new PvE mode that guild members can enjoy together. As this is still in the planning phase, we are unable to share details at this time. However, we will provide updates as soon as our direction becomes clearer. 📝 Stricter Measures Against Abnormal PlayersWe have received requests to increase penalties for players who intentionally disrupt others in Co-op Expedition, Deathmatch, and other multiplayer modes. Currently, the penalty for unsportsmanlike behavior is a 30-minute restriction, but many players feel this is too lenient. We are considering stronger disciplinary measures beyond the current 30-minute penalty. |
We sincerely appreciate the valuable feedback you continue to provide, and we will keep striving to make Guardian Tales even more enjoyable.
Thank you for all your constructive criticism in the previous letters, from the first to the fourth!
Best regards,
Director Robin
