If you are experiencing a blue screen of death, please try the following steps before running the game.
1. Run Windows > Settings.
2. Select Privacy & Security from the left menu.
3. Select Windows Security.
4. Select Device Security.
5. Select Core Isolation Details under Core Isolation.
6. Set Kernel Mode Hardware-Based Stack Protection to Off.
7. Reboot your computer and relaunch ArcheAge War.
