■ How to Reinstall ArcheAge War

※ Please be sure to follow the steps below.

1. Delete cache and data.

- AOS: Settings > Applications > ArcheAge WAR > Storage > Delete Data and cache.

- iOS: Settings > General > Storage > ArcheAge WAR > Clean up apps.

2. Uninstall the ArcheAge War app.

3. Reboot your device.

4. Download and install the latest version of ArcheAge War from your app store.

 ※ The method of deleting cache and data may differ, depending on the device you are using.

 ※ When installing the app, we recommend that you download it in a stable network environment.

 ※ Network usage fees may apply for large downloads, depending on your Internet connection.
