📝 New Heroes and Boss Rush Changes

As for January, new Heroes will be available.

This season’s Boss Rush will be the final Boss Rush conducted under the existing “Regular Season” format.

Going forward, we plan to introduce a new approach that combines Boss Rush with events, offering fresh experiences while unveiling new heroes.

Furthermore, a Rare Hero Ascent and Myth progress is at its final phase.

We will continue these updates regularly to open the possibilities of Heroes. 

📝 Big Collaboration Events

The key update scheduled for the first quarter of the year 2026 will be a large-scale Collaboration Event. 

We are polishing the last bits aimed for the first quarter release.

If you wait a little more, we will show our Guardians the astonishing news as soon as possible.

📝 Story Content and New Events

Of course, story content is up the queue step by step.

The Main Story 'World 23' is being prepared with all-out might, aiming for the release before the heat comes around.

Other than the Main Story, we promise to provide never-ending story content such as Memorial Short Stories and regular Short Stories, and Spin-off Stories containing the charms of various Heroes for our Guardians to enjoy.

We are also preparing lots of new events and stunning costumes. 

The year 2026 is the Byeong-o Year (丙午年), also known as the Year of the Red Horse.

In line with this theme, an exciting new costume brimming with New Year’s energy is on the way. Please look forward to it!

The new event will feature playable event content where you can enjoy various play experiences. 

We have refined the enjoyable elements and concepts of the former expedition to an event-format, and it is in the final test phase now. 

We are carefully refining the content until the very end to show it to our Guardians.

📝 New Content and Colosseum Reform 

Lastly, we are preparing other enjoyable content with the Hero Tower and Co-op Expedition Season 3.5.

We are also planning additional system improvements for the Colosseum, a mode enjoyed by many Guardians.

We aim to introduce a higher-tier competitive system similar to Master Arena to deliver more diverse and intense competitive gameplay.

Once the specific direction and implementation schedule are finalized, we will share further details in a future announcement.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all Guardians who have shown unwavering support for Guardian Tales in 2025.

There were moments when we fell short, and for that, we sincerely apologize. However, your feedback and encouragement gave us the strength to move forward.

In 2026 as well, the Guardian Tales team will never forget your support and will continue striving to create joyful adventures together with you.
