If your items and account information have been stolen,
please submit an account theft report with details through the Customer Center.
■ How to Report Account Theft
1. Select the top right Menu on the game screen.
2. Select Settings > Info > Customer Center.
3. Select the Account Theft/Report category - Account Theft.
4. Submit a detailed account theft report.
※ Please provide details such as the estimated date and time of the incident and the lost items.
