If your character is stuck, you can use a Return Scroll to return to the nearest town.
If you're unable to use a Return Scroll, you can resolve this situation
by selecting the Menu in the top right corner of the game > Settings > Info tab,
and then selecting [Escape].
Please note that the Escape feature is only available once an hour.

■ How to Report a Bug/Error Through the Customer Center
1. Select the top right Menu on the game screen.
2. Select Settings > Info > Customer Center.
3. Select the Bug/Error category.
4. Attach relevant screenshots and fill out the details to submit your inquiry.
