Epic or better classes, Groas, and mounts are placed

in a confirmation queue for 7 days from the time of acquisition, and are automatically acquired after that period. 

If you wish to receive them immediately,

please tap Finalize in the Pending tab of each menu.

Also, you can change Epic items 5 times and Legendary 3 times before finalization.

They can be changed to a different class, Groa, or mount of the same grade, 

and you can get the character you already have, excluding the class, Groa, or mount that appeared before the change.
