ㅇ Taking action for the reward issue of Operation Eden Alliance

[Taken Actions]

① Withdrawing every tier rewards of Operation Eden Alliance claimed after Aug 8 (Thu) maintenance

- Reward: Everstone, Sticker: Aurelia

※ If holding Everstone is less than withdrawing Everstone, the Everstone amount becomes minus(-).

※ Please note that if you have already placed the withdrawn reward ‘Sticker: Aurelia’ on your profile, you have to remove the sticker the next time you edit your profile in order to save it.

(There will be an error pop-up if you try to modify the profile without removing the sticker.)

② Reapplying Saviors' OEA record and reactivating [Receive Reward] button to receive the appropriate reward

- You can obtain the appropriate tier reward when you logging into Eversoul after the maintenance

ㅇ Other fixes

※ You cannot access or use Eversoul during the maintenance period.

※ Maintenance may end early or be extended depending on the progress.

※ We will notify you further with additional notice when the schedule is changed.
