We would like to inform you of the results of the issue resolution and the follow-up measures to be taken.

After the non-maintenance patch applied around 2025-08-27 (Wed) 12:00, we identified an issue where Dice Event rewards were being distributed multiple times. 

To address this, we carried out an urgent maintenance and have since completed the fix.

Incorrectly distributed rewards from the Dice Event will be subject to retrieval.

Although there may still be cases where some accounts receive duplicate rewards once more after the maintenance, these will also be retrieved. 

Therefore, you may continue participating in the event without concern.

We deeply apologize once again for the confusion and inconvenience caused by the issues during this event.
