We would like to inform you about the schedule for retrieving rewards from the Dice Event.

Due to the issue that occurred on Wednesday, 2025-08-27, 

any incorrectly granted rewards will be retrieved after the event ends on Wednesday, 2025-09-11.

After considering various situations regarding the retrieval method, 

we found that some players have met the reward eligibility but have not yet claimed them.

To ensure a stable resolution, we have decided to proceed with the retrieval after the event concludes.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding regarding this matter.
