We would like to inform you about the current progress of the actions related to the issue occurred in Asia region after the update at 05/08, related to Renee (Argent).

First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for the lack of guidance regarding this issue.

Yesterday, there was an issue after the update (2025-05-08 12:00 ~ 18:00 UTC+9) that Renee (Argent) couldn't be acquired in certain situations.

Actually, there were also cases where Renee was normally acquired, however, we are preparing to provide 100% compensation for consumed Normal Summon, Friendship Summon, Soul's Memory Epic, Type Summon (Fairy only), and Fairy Type Summon Ticket during the issue-occurred-period.

- There will be no compensation for Pick-Up Summon since the feature was totally unavailable when the issue was occurred.

We are currently in the process of extracting data for compensation, and this process would take some time.

We will provide compensation as soon as the extraction and confirmation is finished.

Furthermore, we have found an issue where some Saviors can't recognize the issue since the notice was not uploaded in the official homepage.
