If the product has not been used, you can withdraw your subscription within 7 days.

Payments that were made by minors without the agreement of the legal representative can also be refunded.

(※ However, the cancellation may be refused when the payment was made via mobile phone or credit card etc that belongs to an adult)

Under below circumstances withdrawals for paid services may be declined.

 1. For items that are immediately used after purchase.

 2. If additional benefits given by the purchase has been used.  ex) flat-rate products such as daily benefits, mileage points, etc.

 3. When the item that has been sent to the mail is received or opened.

 4. For probability-type items such as 'loot box' which is viewed as 'used' after opening. 

* Rewards that are not received within the tour pass period will not be sent again individually, so we recommend you to obtain them before the expiration date.
