If the product purchased through the Apple App Store is not sent to your account,

Please leave a 1:1 inquiry with the payment information like below.

 1) In 'Settings' - 'Information' - Tap 'Contact'

 2) Tap on the category 'Payment'

 3) Send 1:1 inquiry with the required information such as 'Order Number'.
