completing Town Quests and achievements.

You can use the Medals to buy various items 

from the Exchange Merchant NPC in the town.

■ How to check available Town Quest

 - 1. Click the Menu (☰) in the top-right corner of the game screen

 - 2. Click [Town Quest] in the menu

 - 3.View the list of available quests by town

* Town Quests become available after completing specific main quests.
