Payment Pop-up and Account Restriction

If you request an unauthorized refund for an item purchased in the game, 

your account may be restricted according to the operational policies.


When you log in to the game, 

a temporary access restriction popup will appear, 

showing the amount of the refunded item. 


To regain access to your account, 

you must complete the payment for the refunded amount. 

Please note that the item will not be delivered, 

and only the payment will be processed.


If you have refunded a specific item through the App Store, 

please take a screenshot of your account information and the refund receipt, (OrderID included)

and submit a inquiry to Customer Support.
