Ailments play an important role in your team's setup. All ailments have the same purpose:

To interrupt the enemy's skills and make them vulnerable to Chain Skills.

There are 3 ailments:

Airborne

Injured

Down

Each weapon comes with a skill that inflicts a different type of ailment.
