◈ Withdrawal Schedule

ㅇ The withdrawal of the Saviors who obtained Claudia (Archangel) by Erika's Alchemy Summon will start today progressively, and an announcement will be made when the progress is complete.

ㄴ  As of  1/9 16:57 (UTC+9), the retrieval of Claudia (Archangel) and the distribution of compensation for any excess retrievals have been completed.

※ Please understand that Saviors who are subject to the withdrawal procedure may not be able to access their accounts temporarily.

◈ Details

1) The general currencies obtained by Erika's Alchemy Summon will not be collected.

※ Only the [Claudia (Archangel)] obtained by Erika's Alchemy Summon will be collected.

※ The Claudia (Archangel) Ascension Pass Free Rewards will not be collected.

2) If the Soul obtained by Erika's Alchemy Summon is used for Ascension

- After downgrading a Soul’s grade, Soul Memories equal to the excess withdrawn amount will be granted.

3) After the withdrawal, the [Alchemy Soul Selection Chest] will be provided equal to the withdrawn amount. (after the 1/22 maintenance)

- Alchemy Soul Selection Chest: A chest from which you can select an Epic Soul that is obtainable through Erika's Alchemy Summon at the present state (~Cherrie (Romantic)).
