ㅇ Fixed inappropriate buff application of Unicat

- Some tooltip of Surging Courage has been changed.

A Supporter's main skill use activates a stack of "Surging Courage",

which increases all alllies' damage dealt and total damage received by 10% (up to 10 stacks).

[After]

Any Soul's main skill use activates a stack of "Surging Courage",

which increases all alllies' damage dealt and total damage received by 10% (up to 10 stacks).
