ㅇ Fixed the issue of the event raid in which the battle resulted in defeat even if the Sinister Student President was defeated - by remaining G. Mephi on the field

- G. Mephi's attack pattern has been changed. Now she will perform one more common attack during the pattern.

- The damage of G. Mephi's common attack has been decreased by 50% to adjust the total damage output to the same as the previous G. Mephi.

- Now G. Mephi will be defeated appropriately when the Sinister Student President is defeated.

ㅇ Fixed incorrect Traditional Chinese tooltip for Red Mana Crystal
