You can check your currently owned items from the Item menu.

HOW TO CHECK

- Go to the bottom right side of the screen → Select the Item menu

You'll be able to see the consumables, training materials, items for exchange, and Ability Cores you own.

Select a consumable to use it immediately.

Select the Shop tab to see the items you can sell and gain Mana from selling these items.
