The restoration process in response to the Oct. 15 Pangyo data center fire has been completed and all Kakao Games services are now running stably. No data has been lost or damaged by the fire.

We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused with this service impairment and we are especially sorry for not having been able to restore our services sooner.

Also, we’d like to express our deepest gratitude to the fire department and firemen for their constant dedication.

We at Kakao Games will reexamine our management system and prepare adequate complementary measures to make sure that such inconvenience never befall our users again.
