First of all, we deeply apologize for the premature termination of yesterday’s Pick-up Gacha event.

The Gacha odds prior to the 12/16 (UTC+9) update were correct but we had to stop the event after finding out that this update overwrote the Pick-up Gacha odds with the standard Gacha odds.

This accident happened because we included the data for the next Pick-up character in advance in the 12/16 update in order to avoid needing to submit another update during the holidays seasons, when delays in market app reviews are expected to happen.

In the process of including the data for a new Pick-up event, we applied the wrong Gacha odds table to the ‘Traveler Apeach’ Pick-up event.

We apologize again for the inconvenience and we have distributed compensations for this error as follows :

[Compensation for the Pick-up event’s early termination]

- Eligible users : All users

- Compensation : 20 Character Gacha Tickets

- Please login before December 26 (Sun) 23:59 (UTC+9) to receive compensation

[Compensation for users who have used the Traveler Apeach Pick-up Gacha]

- Eligible users : Users who have used the Traveler Apeach Pick-up Gacha after the December 16 update and before the event was suspended on December 20

- Compensation : 3 Traveler Apeach Pieces and 1 Character Gacha Ticket for every 10 uses of the Pick-up Gacha during the above period

- Please login before December 26 (Sun) 23:59 (UTC+9) to receive compensation

If you have used the Pick-up Gacha 1~10 times : 3 Traveler Apeach Pieces + 1 Character Gacha Ticket

If you have used the Pick-up Gacha 11~20 times : 6 Traveler Apeach Pieces + 2 Character Gacha Tickets

In addition, we will reopen the ‘Traveler Apeach’ Pick-up Gacha event with an extended duration as specified below :
