Greetings. This is CM Friends Shot.


Here are some of the issues we have seen reported since launch.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we assure you that we are doing our best to solve these problems.

Please check below for more detailed information.


■ Known Issues

 

1. Network errors and disconnection issues occurring on specific iOS devices

- We are currently checking what causes this issue and we will make another announcement after it is fixed. 

 

2. The ball is sometimes considered to be Out of Bounds when it is very close to the hole cup.

 ㄴ We are currently checking what is causing this issue, and we will make an announcement after this issue is fixed. 

 


■ Fixed Issues

 

1. Equipment Tips
- The text about ‘Exchange Items’ and ‘Sell Items’ in the ‘Locker Room Tip' section will soon be deleted.
ㄴ The ‘Exchange Items’ and ‘Sell Items’ functionalities, which used to exist during our game’s soft-launch, have been replaced by the ‘Upgrade Item’ functionality to allow more users to obtain stronger items more easily.
※ Currently, only the ‘Upgrade Items’ system can be used. Please be careful not to mistake it for the now-defunct ‘Exchange Items’ system.

 

2. The “Daily Rounding” monthly product appears to be disabled after purchasing other products.

- If you close the game and restart, you will see “Daily Rounding” activated again

- In the event that a duplicate payment has been made because of this bug, please send us a 1:1 inquiry through the “Contact” button in the game’s ‘Settings’ screen. We will quickly check your transaction records and make sure a refund is given.

 

3. Some items included in the Golf Hero Bundle and the Legendary Golfer Bundle are labeled incorrectly.

- The above bundles have been temporarily removed from the in-game shop and will be restored when the item descriptions are fixed.

- If you have purchased the above bundles and want a refund, please send us a 1:1 inquiry through the “Contact” button in the game’s ‘Settings’ screen. 

 

4. Extreme 4P Rush and 8P Dash contents are not available.

- Extreme modes have been temporarily disabled to investigate network connection issues. We will make a follow-up announcement after it is fixed.

 ㄴ We have temporary closed due to the errors that are discovered after Ex-mode re-open.

 

5. The "Perfect Ball Guide" skill occasionally fails to activate under certain conditions.

 

6. Losing Tour Points and not being able to gain them back after reaching the Tour Point cap on World Tour Tier 12.

- Rank Points calculations are functioning as intended.

- We are planning to fix the above issue so that losing a match after completing Tier 12 does not make you lose Tour Points anymore.

- Tour Points that were lost because of the above issue will also be restored when the fix is applied.

* If your Tour Points are not restored, please send us a 1:1 inquiry.

 

7. Conceded putts sometimes fail to hole out.

- We have found out what is causing this issue and are working on a fix. We will make another announcement in the near future about when this fix will be applied.

 

8. Coin temporarily displayed as 0.

- Coin rewards will be displayed correctly when you shut down the game and restart.

- If Coin is still displayed as 0 even if you restarted the game, 

we will check it quickly if you send us a 1:1 inquiry.

 

9. Sponsor rewards are sometimes displayed incorrectly.

ㄴ We are currently checking what causes EXP Drink and Coin rewards to be displayed incorrectly as 1,000 Gems.

ㄴ Actual rewards are provided as EXP Drinks and Coins.

 

10. The Tour Pass Points not obtainable when receiving the Daily mission clear rewards by 'Receive All'.

ㄴ (9/19) The error in which the Tour Pass Points that were not obtained in the daily mission are normally applied in case of changes in Tour Pass Points, such as winning the World Tour, or when reconnecting has been temporarily fixed.

 

11. "Consume 10 Tour Balls during Tour Pass period" Season mission not being progressed.

ㄴ We are currently investigating on this issue.

 

12. The achievement reward for “Get rewards x times in Hole-in-One Challenge” is incorrectly shown as Gems.
ㄴ The actual rewards are Coins, which are awarded correctly.
ㄴ ex) Get rewards 20 times in Hole-in-One Challenge = 15,000 Coins
 ㄴ ex) Get rewards 15 times in Hole-in-One Challenge = 10,000 Coins
