Each character is rated Differently according to their Stats.

The more higher the rank/grade,  the better skills you can use.

Even if the Grade of the Character cannot be changed, You can still raise the Characters Stats by Level Up and Equipments.

So there is no reason to be upset with the Characters you own currently!
