■ Relaunch and Update the Program
 - As this may be a temporary error, 
   please completely close the Google Play Games PC program and relaunch it.
 - Please check if the program is updated to the latest version.

■ Check Google Account Country/Region Settings
  - If the country/region set for your Google account differs from your actual country of residence,
    installation may be restricted.
  - Please change your account's country settings 
    to your actual country of use before trying again.

※ If you cannot see the install button, 
    please check your country setting in your Google Play Store account.

   * Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your profile to update.

■ If the Issue Persists
 - If any of the following situations occur even after 
   relaunching the latest version of Google Play Games PC,
   please contact our Customer Support.

 - The "Setting up..." message keeps displaying and the install button does not appear.
 - The "Your device isn't compatible with this item" message is displayed.
 - Only the mobile "Install" button is shown on the Google Play Games PC screen, 
   without the "Install on Windows" button.
