You can create a Guild after completing the quest [Sub : Brothers in Arms].

-How to Create a Guild: Go to [Menu - Guild - Create Guild].

-How to Join a Guild: Go to [Menu - Guild - Guild List]. 

Select the Guild you wish to join.

NOTE:

Creating a Guild requires a certain fee.

You may either join immediately or wait for your application to be approved.
