First and foremost, we sincerely thank all Saviors for your patience in awaiting the results of the investigation regarding the issue with Renee (Argent) summons that occurred after the 5/8 (Thu)  update.

We also offer our deepest apologies for the significant inconvenience and confusion this issue has caused. Please refer to the details below for the results of our investigation.

<Investigation Results on Renee (Argent) Pickup Summon Issue>

1. We conducted additional detailed investigation across all regions regarding the issue with the pickup summon rates for Renee (Argent).

2. As a result, we reconfirmed that the issue only occurred in the Asia region.

3. Upon analyzing the acquisition logs for Renee (Argent), we discovered that acquisition records began at 04:00 (UTC) on 5/8 (Thu), rather than 03:00 (UTC), which was the scheduled maintenance completion time.

Therefore, Renee (Argent) was not included in the pickup summon rates between 03:00 and 04:00 (UTC) on 5/8 (Thu), meaning that even if Pick-up summons were performed during this time, Renee (Argent) could not be obtained.

4. After 04:00 (UTC) on 5/8 (Thu), Renee (Argent) was correctly included in the pickup summon rates when summons functioned normally. In cases where she was not included in the summon pool, no resources were consumed, and the summon attempt was treated as a failure, in accordance with our previous notice.

5. We also reviewed summon data between 04:00 and 09:00 (UTC) 5/8 (Thu), confirming that out of 40,808 pickup summon attempts, Renee (Argent) was acquired 665 times. This reconfirms that summons were functioning correctly during this period.

6. For the 13,268 pickup summon attempts that took place during the affected period (03:00–04:00 UTC), where Renee (Argent) was not available, all resources used will be fully refunded.

<Investigation Results on Renee (Argent) Artifact Summon Issue>

Additionally, during this investigation, issues related to the Artifact summons were also identified. Please find the details below.

1. Between 03:00 and 04:00 (UTC) on 5/8 (Thu), Renee (Argent)’s Artifact was not included in the Artifact summon rates.

2. A total of 3,411 Artifact summon attempts were made during this affected one-hour period. All resources used for Artifact summons during this time will be refunded, regardless of whether Renee (Argent)’s Artifact was included in your wishlist.

3. Between 04:00 and 09:00 (UTC) on 5/8 (Thu), a total of 15,941 Artifact summon attempts were made with Renee (Argent)’s Artifact in the wishlist. Of those, the Artifact was acquired 3,228 times, confirming that the summon functioned properly during this time.
