If your Webshop purchase has been successfully completed but is not appearing in the game, please follow the steps below:

① After payment, the product is given to the stash of the first character to log into the game. Check the character you purchased with.

② If the payment is marked as 'Payment completed' in [ [My purchase]  but the item is not appearing in your in-game stash, please try reconnecting to the game or select the [Restore Purchases] button to refresh your stash.

③ If you still cannot find the item after following the steps above, please reach out through [1:1 Inquiry].

Although Webshop products are usually delivered immediately, in rare cases, payment delays may occur, causing delivery to be delayed by up to 10 minutes.
