If unretrievable in-game products such as Soul Pass are requested to be refunded, the account will be suspended according to our policy since the product has already been used.
However, we have noticed that some Saviors have been automatically refunded even though they did not request it, and we are investigating these accounts individually. Please understand that this process may take some time.
Until we can determine and resolve the cause of this issue, we are asking you to re-pay (via the pop-up message you get when launching the game) as a matter of equity, as your payment has been refunded, even if refund requests were made by you.
Once the repayment has been processed, the account will be unlocked right away, but some Saviors may not have been contacted yet or re-paid and we are unable to remove the ban.
if you find your access has been blocked without the option to repay, please contact our customer service team.
With the update on August 17, we introduced a feature that duplicate Souls are not available in Evil Soul Subjugation.
Initially, we did not restrict using duplicate Souls in Evil Soul Subjugation because we expected there was little benefit to using duplicate Souls since they could not use Artifacts.
However, as we developed the Evil Soul Subjugation content, we realized that our attempts to make previously marginalized Souls valuable too much and caused situations where duplicating certain Souls gave too much benefit.
This would undermine the fun of using different Souls in different situations, and we had no choice but to take action to restrict using duplicate Souls in the content. We also considered taking steps to remove the benefits of certain Souls from the gimmicks of boss monsters, and to do something about patterns and gimmicks to prevent the use of duplicate Souls from being beneficial, but we concluded that this would only deflect blame and not provide a fundamental solution, so we ultimately decided to take steps to limit the use of duplicate Souls.
