We will inform you of the details regarding the action plan for the Town object placement issue.

◈ Town object placement issue

[Action plan for Town object placement issue]
① The object placement restrictions has been applied accordingly through the update on 2/9 (Thu)
- The object that exceeds the restriction number will be retrieved back to the inventory once login game.
② Had a survey on the quantity of all objects in possession, including the pond which was not normally subject to placement limit.
- There have been no objects related to growth resources other than pond type that exceeded the placement restriction.
③ We have checked the data of the growth resources that were obtained through additional object equipment.

■ 16 Areas / 24 Hours Standard, With 1 object placement and you will get an additional reward as below.

- Pond: Mana Crystal ×3.6
- Lotus Pond: Mana Crystal ×7.2
- Fairy Pond: Mana Crystal ×18
- Fountain: Gold x13,838

④ According to the inspection results, the measures will be carried out as follows.
The compensation of Mana Crystal x504 and Gold x193,732 will be sent to all Saviors who placed objects within the limit number.

- The detailed compensation method will be differentiated as follows.
- The detailed compensation schedule will be announced soon.

※ In the case that the object has been placed over the limit number but the acquired bonus is under the compensation amount,
It will be compensated with compensation amount deducted by exceeded amounts already obtained."
※ Compensations will be sent via mailbox upon login during the distribution period, the reward will be expired after 7 days from the time of login.
※ The reward will be unclaimable after this period, please make sure to claim them within the distribution period.

[Details regarding the Gold compensations]

- The 4 saviors who installed more fountains than the limit are not eligible for compensation.

⑤ The Town object selling function is under development and we aim to apply it on 2/16 (Thu).

- The objects that were retrieved back to the inventory due to placement restrictions can be reconverted into town coins through this function.

Currently, we are preparing to add this function as soon as possible.
We will come back with more announcement when it is ready.

◈ Details on bug fixes

It took a long time to fix many bugs, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to Saviors.
We are currently checking the remaining bugs in the game, and will announce on a separate post when the bug issues is checked and resolved.

[Related to patch size]
- Along with a handful amount of fixes in this patch, some measures have been applied to reduce the size of future patches.
So, inevitably, the current patch had large size.

Please understand that this is a measure to reduce the patch size in the future.

[Regarding reward redemption issue of Love Story]
- Please note that if you have not received the Love Story reward, it will be delivered to you after the 16 February Maintenance.

We sincerely apologize that we have disappointed the Saviors with the amount of issues so far and that it took a long time to resolve them.

Due to the inconvenience caused by this issue to Saviors,
we will distribute Everstones ×500 as compensation to express our apology.
