[Soul Balance Adjustment]
Hello Saviors,
I'm Kim Cheol Hui, PD of <Eversoul>.
We'd like to deliver the 19th January patch and the Soul Balance Adjustment that will be applied in advance.
We plan to constantly adjust the balance of the Souls that are evaluated as performing poorly and underperform compared to strategic intention. Even if it is one of the subjects in this balance adjustment, it doesn't mean that this is the final completion of the balance adjustment of that Soul and we will continue to conduct additional adjustments if it hasn't met its target standard.
In the case of Souls that are not included as one of the subjects in this balance adjustment, based on the level up state of Keepsake, Artifact, Level or its high utility in battlefronts and other contents to decide on whether there is a need to collect some more information about Souls that have a capacity to grow.
Flynn
(The speed of Flynn's normal attack is slow but the Mana recovery rate is 70% more)
Normal attack damage for Passive Skill <Better Alone!> is changed from 110%/115%/120% → 100%/110%/120%
Increase of mana recovery is applied to sub skill <Take This!>, due to balance adjustment of passive skill <Better Alone!>. For the basic attack, there was no explanation given on it of its effect that increased the mana recovery. But, due to Flynn's. characteristic, the explanation on basic attack's mana recovery increase effect has been added to the skill tooltip
Flynn is a Ranger that has a very specific combination to activate her passive and reach her own peak for causing a high amount of damage. However due to slow attack speed, by the time that she activates her Main Skill, the battle is already in favor of the enemy side.
It has been addressed by include <Take This!> into the passive of increasing Mana recovery so that she can activate her skill quicker than before. Additionally, when reached level 181 she will get CC immunity to protect herself from harmful effects such as Charm and Stun.
Soonie
- Shield amount changes from 16% / 18% / 20% of Max HP → 18% / 20% / 22%
- DEF increase effect is additionally changed from Level 3 → Level 2 and 30% Physical/Magic resistance increase effect is also added.
Instead of being a solo tanker, Soonie is a Soul developed to take damage with other melee Souls, and increase the sustain of melee Souls and her own survival by using powerful recovery increase passive.
However, because the effects that boost individual survival ability are set at high levels, it is difficult to view the performance at first. Therefore, the added skill level to some effects are lowered by one step and the defensive performance of sub-skills has been improved to compensate for the lack of survival ability when being targeted by enemies.
Mica/Seeha
We have adjusted the action pattern for Seeha and Mica to improve skill efficiency. We are aware of the potential damage caused by this strict combination. However, due to the powerful performance of Beasts type, we will proceed carefully in this balance adjustment.
Clara
We have removed the knockback effect so that Clara will no longer become the target of burst fire while chasing the enemies. However, the stun effect will be maintained.
Linzy
Linzy is a well-known Assassin whose powers are dependent on the Synergy of Keepsake, Artifact, and Team Combinations. Instead of further increasing her performance, we decide to adjust her early game stage instead where her Main skill get additional effect faster.
Renee
- ATK increase from 29% / 32% / 35% → 32% / 35% / 38%
- Evasion increase from 29 / 32 / 35 → 32 / 35 / 38
Renee with the right combination, she can exert powerful ability, we have adjust the skills and improved her passive to perform better in the early game
Erusha
Erusha is the Soul that specializes in interrupting by constantly apply stun to the target with its quick skill cooldown rather than dealing great damage amount. However, it is judge that the current damage amount is too low that outweigh her intended strength. Therefore we increased her ability to generate Mana as well as skill damage amount. Moreover, we have changed the action pattern in order to enhance the capacity of the passive skill.
Nini
Due to the short range of normal attacks, the range of her main skill and normal attack have been increased to compensate for combinations that are difficult to apply, such as Petra passive <Fickle Grave Keeper>.
Eversoul hopes that all Souls can be flexibly applied in various combinations through strategy without any Souls being ignored. We will continue to adjust the balance in the future to achieve this goal.
However, please note that we are approaching this issue with caution because sudden balance adjustment can generate new problems.
