Notice about the undisclosed information leakage and road map update announcement 

Hello Saviors,

I’m Kim Cheol Hui, Producer of <Eversoul>

First of all, we’d like to express our apology if we’d make our fans who love and support Eversoul disappointed.

Even before this issue happens, we've found out that there is undisclosed information being uploaded on the external communities and we are working on data mining issues as well.

Furthermore, we conducted a thorough investigation about the issue of undisclosed information leakage last night as it was mentioned as an information leakage from insiders, the information is identified as being leaked through client data mining not from our insiders.

However, as we're very much aware of the significance of this incident, we will constantly conduct surveys and investigations to prevent ungraceful things from happening again in the future.

About the Souls

In reality, information such as the illustration or the costume of the undisclosed Souls was confirmed to be included mostly about clients.

Because the Souls can appear as characters in our story or monsters despite the fact that it hasn’t been released, there is no way we can keep it completely not included in the client until release. Therefore, although there is no need to distribute data such as costume or illustration in advance, it will exist in the client data.

However if the information about the Souls included in the clients hasn’t been confirmed, it can be changed at any time until up to the official release.  

In order to avoid misunderstanding by unconfirmed information, we will make sure to exclude the information about the skills in terms of the undisclosed Souls and we will also not distribute anything in advance if there is no need to include the data.

About Guild Raid

Guild Raid was in the final stages of development at launch. However, we believe our Saviors may feel a burden due to fierce competition from the start. Therefore, we have rescheduled the release date of this content.

Moreover, we have imported a lot of information into the client and prepared some help screenshots so that the Saviors can quickly get used to the Guild Raid system.

The Developers planned to announce the commencement of the Guild Raid with enough time for Saviors not to receive relative detriment due to previous information about the Guild Raid. Also the updated roadmap with relative information will be released soon. 

In fact, this kind of incident happens right before the update road map release. We will share to users the roadmap video as soon as possible to keep up with the schedule.

We will update the roadmap video with new content related to Guild Raid and Arena Champions. Please look forward to it.

Furthermore, through the roadmap video update monthly, we will continue to provide Saviors with advance information for peace of mind while playing game.

We are carefully listening to Saviors’ opinions and concerns about Eversoul.

Although it is difficult for us to fix all of the bugs at once, we will focus on data management as much as possible so that our Saviors won’t experience inconvenience while playing. Furthermore, we will do our best to respond as promptly as possible to fix any issues that occur.

Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience that Saviors have experienced. Therefore, we will send you 2,100 Everstones, please accept it as our apology gift.
