Prior to the announcement, we would like to apologize for the issue regarding the Monthly Sub Package to some Saviors on 8 January (Sun).

 

The one-time portion of the unpaid monthly amount (Manon/Sharinne Pack) will be paid on 9 January (Mon) 00:00 and will be notified.

◈ 1/8 (Sun) Unpaid Monthly Package (Manon/Sharinne Package) Announcement on Compensation Payment Completed

 

[Information on completion of compensation payment]

- On 8 January (Sun), all rewards for the unpaid monthly (Manon/Sharinne Package) products were paid to some Saviors on 9 January (Mon) .

 

[In case of receiving duplicated monthly package in advance]

- If you obtain duplicated monthly packages at 08:00 UTC+8 on 1/6 (Fri), you can receive the reward again after deducting the number of rewards you received in advance.

ㄴe.g.) If you receive the Manon Package rewards with 3 additional rewards on 1/6 (Fri), it will be considered that the Savior have received the reward 3 times in advance and the reward will not be paid until 10 January. Savior will receive the reward normally from 11 January .

From 1/12 (Thu), Manon Package rewards will be distributed normally.

 

※ Please refer to the notice linked below regarding the measures to be taken on duplicate payment of monthly products on 1/6 (Fri) 09:00.
