I am Kim Cheol Hui, the Producer of Eversoul.

After the launch of Eversoul, along with problems related to resetting weekly quests and monthly sub packages,

We are fully aware of the various errors that are occurring in the game.

First of all, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to all Saviors due to errors that occurred after launch.

We are doing our best to correct the issues of the Saviors as soon as possible, so please understand with a generous heart.

In the case of weekly quests, they have already been initialized at 08:00 on 8 January (Sun) due to an error.

Instead of resetting at 08:00 on 9 January (Mon), the next reset will be at 08:00 on 16 January (Mon).

We will inform you again through an notice as soon as other issues and problems are resolved.

In order to compensate the Saviors who may have experienced the inconveniences due to errors that occurred after launching,

We will deliver with 2,100 Everstones.

Compensations will be sent via in-game mail, and the pick-up period will be 8 January (Sun) to 15 January (Sun) at 08:00 UTC+8.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced while playing Eversoul.

We will work hard not to disappoint the Saviors in the future.
