- The issue occurred to the Saviors who tried to login several times at 9:00, on the date the game server changed and the connection error occurred.
- It occurred to 49 of the Saviors who purchased a monthly Sharinne Pack, and up to 4 times in Asia server were received.
- It occurred to 75 of the Saviors who purchased monthly Manon Pack, and up to 4 times in Asia server were received.
- The connection error that occurred at 9:00 was resolved to a certain extent through the temporary inspection conducted from 17:00 to 17:50 UTC+8 on 1/6 (Fri).
[Action to be taken for those Saviors who have experienced this situation]
- The Savior who has experienced this situation will consider receiving the reward in advance.
According to the issue, Saviors who already received the duplicate rewards in advance can receive normally again after the number of times received in advance.
ㄴe.g) If the Savior have received the reward 4 times since January 6th, it will be considered that the Savior have received the reward 3 times in advance and the reward will not be paid until January 10th. Savior will receive the reward normally from January 11th.
