Select [Rates] at the bottom of the Pull menu to check the acquisition rate.

[Rates] at the bottom of the character pull screen shows the character pull rate, and the one at the equipment pull screen will show the rates for equipment.

You can check the rates of the character and equipment you want to pull in [Rates] and also see details there as well!
